Payment and Cancellattion

Payment Terms

All payments for orders placed on www.darjeelingsips.com are based on the product prices and quantities selected through the website’s shopping cart system. Payments must be completed only through the online payment gateway available on the website.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Product prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges. These additional charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

While we take care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a product has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you by email or phone before accepting the order. In such cases, you may choose to proceed by paying the revised price or cancel the order.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment of the full order amount. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent. Dispatch confirmation and shipping details will be shared separately once the order is shipped.


Card Payments

For credit or debit card transactions, you must use your own valid card. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Darjeeling Sips shall not be held liable for any fraudulent use of credit or debit cards. Responsibility for fraudulent transactions lies solely with the cardholder, including the obligation to establish otherwise.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations will be considered only if a request is received via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be sent to darjeelingsips@gmail.com.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
