Shipping and Refund Policy

We at Darjeeling Sips know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers (Amazon shipping, Xpressbee, Shiprocket) for domestic orders and DHL and Fedex for international orders who strive every day to deliver, as early as possible, with outmost care! Depending upon where you live - India or outside of India- deliveries are made within 5-7 working days for Indian orders and 7-15 working days for international buyers (outside of India) after they have left our warehouse.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days if the order is lost in transit with us .

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Free Shipping is available on all products and a non- refundable charge of Rs. 50/- will be applied on total Cash on delivery (COD) orders in India and ₹ 3000 will be applied for international shipments.

We are committed to ensuring that your tea shopping experience is nothing but the best! If you're not satisfied with our products, we will do whatever it takes for you to be happy. In case of returns due to damaged/defective product, we will issue a full refund including delivery charges incurred by you and replace the product at no extra cost if needed.

Returns and refunds are governed by these terms & conditions: If your item arrives damaged then please send an email within 7 days of delivery for a return query as well as replacement suggestion. 

Duplicate Payments & Transaction Fee:

If any online payment has been processed more than once (i.e duplicate payments), then the excess amount will be refunded to you from our end within 10-15 business days of receiving your claim/report, but it's important that transaction fee charged by the gateway is deducted from this total refund amount.
