Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Darjeeling Sips, we understand how important it is for your tea to arrive fresh, safe, and on time. Every order is handled with care from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with a trusted network of courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Domestic Shipping (India):
Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, Blue dart

International Shipping:
DHL, FedEx

Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: 7–10 working days after dispatch

  • International orders: 7–15 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external courier factors.

Free Shipping & Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500

  • Cash on Delivery (India):
    A non-refundable charge of ₹50 applies to all COD orders

  • International Shipping:
    A flat charge of ₹3,000 applies per order

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost while in transit, the entire order amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days.

Order Cancellation

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a full refund including delivery charges, or replace the product at no additional cost, as per your preference.

All returns and refunds are subject to verification and governed by these terms.

Duplicate Payments & Transaction Fees

If an online payment is processed more than once:

  • The excess amount will be refunded within 10–15 business days after receiving your claim.

  • Please note that payment gateway transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, as these charges are non-refundable.
